Adult Dancers

We offer Ballet and Tap classes for adults and older adults at our studios in Cook. 

 

​​​​​​​​​​Helen is a specialist teacher of older dancers, having worked at RAD Headquarters in London on the 2012 'Dance for Lifelong Wellbeing Project': the research project that was later developed into the RAD's renowned Silver Swans® Programme.

 

Helen was a key member of the team who devised the Silver Swans® teacher training programme, and has delivered the training to teachers worldwide since its inception in 2017.
