Adult Dancers

We offer Ballet and Tap classes for adults and older adults at our studios in Cook. 

 

​​​​​​​​​​Helen is a specialist teacher of older dancers, having worked at RAD Headquarters in London on the 2012 Dance for Lifelong Wellbeing research project that was later developed into the RAD's renowned Silver Swans® Programme. Helen was a key member of the team who devised the Silver Swans® teacher training programme, and has delivered the training to teachers worldwide since its inception in 2017.
