We are delighted to offer Kangatraining at our studios in Cook!

Kangatraining with Kirstie is specifically designed for postnatal women - it is the ultimate babywearing workout for mums and bubs. We focus on rebuilding your entire body after pregnancy and birth, through a fun & energetic class.
Kangatraining is the ultimate post-natal workout with your baby. The workout starts with some floor work on our core and pelvic floors, then we move on to our low impact cardio as we dance whilst wearing our babies. Throughout this stage we also work on muscular endurance with squats, lunges, and arms tracks. Finally, we head to the barre to continue working our whole body, finishing with a cool down and stretch. ​
There is no age limit for babies as long as every mother participating in Kangatraining can wear their baby safely and comfortably. Older siblings are welcome to come along too.
